We started ProductColab because we love building. There's something special about creating something from nothing – that messy zero-to-one phase where you're figuring things out as you go.

After spending over a decade in early-stage startups, we've become comfortable with the ambiguity, the constant shifts between high-level strategy and getting our hands dirty in the day-to-day work. Countless hours of that time has been spent figuring out which business approaches actually work, how to implement them efficiently, and how to adapt them to today's tools without reinventing the wheel each time.

We've done this many times, both for ourselves and helping others, and we've now we're here to share what we've learned and cultivate community.

Our Approach

Our approach is pretty straightforward: we're not claiming to have all the answers - we're just sharing what we've seen work, hopefully saving you some time and headaches along the way. Our experience comes from being in the trenches of startups and small businesses, figuring things out when there was no roadmap, no money and no team. More importantly, we want to build community and grow together.

We are AI-Forward. Some people look down on "vibe coding", "vibe marketing", and the effectiveness of using AI at all. But the thing is, AI is here to stay, and the people who figure out how to use it well are going to win. Using AI doesn't make you any less of a builder. It's like saying using a calculator means you are not really doing math because you didn't do it all by hand. It's just another tool. We're at the beginning of something huge. AI can help you build faster, think bigger, and do more with less.
